As delegating e-waste recycling has become a fruitful industry, at the expense of local workers and population, some find a surprising form of value in those decayed data receptacles.

Posing as half-sorcerers, half-hackers, they extract the remaining data from e-waste to send them haunting back their original owners. The ghosts from their e-waste will keep tormenting the former users, in the hope of awakening their ecological consciousness or extorting money from their guilty feelings.
